Years ago, when I first saw a class from Minette, it was spirit animals and I could attend. Fast forward to 2025, and she has reinvented the spirit guides in a way that is purely magical. I have always wanted to try my hand painting animals and I knew that I needed a bit of a push to actually do it. Minette made the entire creation of the painted animal accessible, and full of deep personal meaning. I got 3 beautiful works of art, a heart full of joy and insight and some wonderful friends from this retreat. If you ever want to try, even if it scares you, a retreat by Minette is where you need to be and she will stretch what you can do if you are well experienced. I cannot recommend her retreats enough!

Thank you for creating such a safe and supportive space for us to explore and heal individually and together. Each of activities offered its own invitation to go deeper. I felt held equally in my forward steps and my mis-steps. Through this retreat I embraced old wounds and re-purposed the elements for a collage of a joy-filled future.
