About Wild Creative Enchantment Retreat
I cannot recommend her retreats enough!

Years ago, when I first saw a class from Minette, it was spirit animals and I could attend. Fast forward to 2025, and she has reinvented the spirit guides in a way that is purely magical. I have always wanted to try my hand painting animals and I knew that I needed a bit of a push to actually do it. Minette made the entire creation of the painted animal accessible, and full of deep personal meaning. I got 3 beautiful works of art, a heart full of joy and insight and some wonderful friends from this retreat. If you ever want to try, even if it scares you, a retreat by Minette is where you need to be and she will stretch what you can do if you are well experienced. I cannot recommend her retreats enough!

Most personal growth and creativity workshops leave you inspired… but unsure how to actually use what you learned.

You might leave with beautiful insights, meaningful experiences, and pages full of reflection… But when it comes time to bring that work into your practice, your sessions, or your groups—You’re left wondering: How do I guide this for someone else? What do I actually say? How do I structure it so it feels safe and meaningful?

That’s why this training is designed differently. Not just for your own growth—but for your ability to guide others through it.

Learn a Repeatable Facilitation Process

A Clear Structure You Can Trust. You’ll learn the Creative Discovery Cycle™— a simple, powerful framework you can use to guide others through creative reflection.

  • Prompt → Reflect → Create → Share → Integrate
  • Works for individuals or groups
  • Adaptable for therapy, coaching, retreats, or workshops

Practice Facilitating in Real Time

Not Just Learning—Doing.

This is a hands-on training. You’ll:

  •  Write your own prompts
  • Practice facilitating in small groups
  • Experience what it feels like to lead—and be supported

An Experience Designed for Learning, Creativity, and Connection

This isn’t a lecture-based training. It’s an immersive, creative environment where you’ll move between:

  • guided creative sessions
  • hands-on facilitation practice
  • small group work
  • meaningful conversation

You’ll leave not just inspired— But equipped.

The 3-Day Journey: Experience the Creative Alchemy Method™

This immersive experience is designed as a living laboratory — a place where you engage the creative process both personally and professionally. Each day builds on the last, guiding you from inner reconnection toward meaningful expression and, for some, the possibility of guiding others.

Day 1: Returning to Yourself

Start where you are. Not where you think you should be.

You arrive with curiosity… and likely some uncertainty.

You may be wondering:

  • Can I actually do this?

  • Is there really something here for me?

  • What would it even look like to guide others?

We begin here—before any answers.

Through guided reflection and simple expressive arts practices, you’ll step into the Creative Alchemy Method™ as a participant first.

No pressure to perform.
No expectation to lead.
Just space to experience.

As you create, you’ll start to notice something subtle:

How image, story, and symbol begin to reveal meaning—without needing to force it.

And alongside your personal experience, you’ll gently begin to see:

  • How this work is structured.

  • How emotional safety is created.

  • How a group is held with intention.

Not as theory—but from the inside.

This day is about self-recognition:
“Oh… this is where I am. And this feels safe to explore.”

Day 2: The Sacred & the Playful

Where the depth begins—and the questions become real

Where the depth begins—and the questions become real

By now, something has opened.

And often, this is where a new kind of awareness appears:

  • There’s something powerful in this work…

  • But how do you guide it without overstepping?

  • What’s mine to hold—and what isn’t?

This is where many women feel both drawn in… and uncertain.

On this second day, we move deeper into creative exploration—through imagery, archetype, and symbolic process.

But just as importantly, we begin to name what’s happening beneath the surface:

  • How insight emerges without interpretation

  • How emotional depth is supported without fixing

  • How presence becomes more important than expertise

You’ll experience how curiosity, play, and reverence are not extras—they are part of the method itself.

And you’ll start to feel the difference between:

Having an intuitive sense of this work…
and beginning to understand how it actually functions.

This day is about problem + authority recognition:
“This is powerful—and there’s a responsible way to hold it.”

Day 3: From Insight to Service

Seeing what’s possible—without needing to have it all figured out

By the third day, many women notice a shift:

More clarity.
More energy.
A stronger sense of what’s true for them.

But also new questions:

  • Could I actually do this?

  • What would this look like in my life?

  • Do I have to turn this into something—or can it just be part of who I am?

This day is not about pushing you into answers.

It’s about helping you see what’s possible—in a way that feels grounded and real.

You’ll integrate your experience through a structured reflection process, and begin to articulate:

What this work means to you
How it fits into your life or leadership
Whether you feel called to take it further

You’ll also be introduced to the pathway into Facilitator Training — not as a requirement, but as a natural next step if it resonates.

No pressure.
No expectation.
Just clarity.

This day is about path + readiness recognition:
“I don’t have to be fully ready. I just have to be willing to explore what’s next.”

Step Into the Work You’re Meant to Share

✨ BODY

There comes a moment when your creativity stops being just for you.

When it becomes something you’re meant to offer.

Not perfectly.

Not all at once.

But with intention, care, and structure.

If you’ve been feeling that pull—

This is your next step.

You Feel Something Shifting… But You Can’t Quite Name It Yet

You’ve spent time exploring your creativity.

You’ve written, painted, reflected, or followed your intuition in ways that have changed you.

And somewhere along the way, something started to shift.

You began to wonder:

Is this just for me… or is there something more here?

Could this actually help someone else?

What would it look like to guide others through something like this?

But alongside that curiosity, there’s also uncertainty.

You’re not sure how to structure it.

You don’t want to overstep or misstep.

You don’t quite have the language for what you know is happening.

You may have even tried to explain it—and found yourself struggling to put it into words.

So the ideas stay… just out of reach.

Not because they aren’t there.
But because you don’t yet have a clear way to work with them or share them with others.

This immersion helps you move from sensing something meaningful… to understanding how to work with intuitive creative processes—both for yourself and, if you choose, with others.

You Are Not Starting From Scratch

You already carry something real.

You already carry:
• Lived wisdom
• Emotional depth
• Creative intuition
• A deep sensitivity to what others are experiencing

You’ve likely already felt it:

Moments where someone opens up to you.
Moments where your presence creates something meaningful.
Moments where creativity becomes more than expression—it becomes connection.

But this is where many facilitators and practitioners get stuck.

Because what you have is intuitive…

And what’s missing is:

  • A structure you can rely on

  • A way to guide without fixing or overreaching

  • Language for the transformation you’re already sensing

  • A method that allows your creativity to become something you can offer others

And without a way to work with it clearly, it’s easy to stay in uncertainty.

This isn’t something new you need to learn—it’s something you need help understanding and using more intentionally.

This Is the Moment This Immersion Is Designed For

Not the moment when everything is clear.

Not when you feel fully confident.

But the moment when:

  • You know there is something here

  • You feel the pull toward something more meaningful

  • And you’re ready to explore it—without needing to have it all figured out

This is where your intuitive creative work begins to make sense—where you start to understand how to guide and practice it with clarity.

The Framework Beneath the Experience

The Creative Alchemy Method™ is grounded in a living framework we call the 8 Elements of Creative Alchemy — eight developmental capacities that support personal transformation and ethical facilitation.

During this Immersion, you won’t just learn about the Elements.
You will experience them in action.

These elements form the foundation of our Facilitator Training.

At its core, this immersion gives you a clear, grounded understanding of how the Creative Alchemy Method is structured—and how to hold it with confidence and care. You don’t have to be certain—just willing to begin understanding what’s here.

About Wild & Sacred: A Creative Spirit Retreat
Magical!

This retreat, set in a beautiful home in the woods, was magical. Minette and Emma together bring a grace, and slowness that is hard to achieve in our fast paced world. I really enjoyed gathering together with all of the attendees for shared insight and soul work, and I loved taking the inspiration from the day and turning into elementally inspired prayer flags. To be able to show up to an art based retreat, and have to bring nothing, is amazing. The generosity of these two women, with their time, insight, materials, preparation and love made this such a magical time. We were cared for with amazing food, what felt like unlimited supplies and opportunities to create, and a space that was very inspiring. I would have liked another few days in this retreat!

The Wild and Sacred retreat was an absolute joy from start to finish! It was clear that every detail was so thoughtfully and lovingly planned. About Nourish the Light Within
[This retreat] took me on an enchanted journey that I will forever cherish

I am steeped in immense gratitude for the depth and richness of the experience. From the moment we began this 4 and 1/2 day retreat, we traveled in a liminal space of radical acceptance, profound insight, and heartfelt generosity. We were surrounded by the saturated colors of the sacred space created to contain and support our creative unfolding. Delicious food, the company of wise women, the natural environment we spent time in, the abundance of diverse materials and gentle, loving guidance were food for my Soul.  The theme delighted and inspired me with well orchestrated and thoughtful stepping stones along the path end with the sacred sharing of our creations on our last morning together. Leslie and Minette are masterful Magicians who took me on an enchanted journey that I will forever cherish.

About The Time Traveler's Retreat
Such a safe and supportive space ... to explore and heal

Thank you for creating such a safe and supportive space for us to explore and heal individually and together. Each of activities offered its own invitation to go deeper. I felt held equally in my forward steps and my mis-steps. Through this retreat I embraced old wounds and re-purposed the elements for a collage of a joy-filled future.

Personal Transformation. Professional Application.

This immersion is for individuals who have already begun exploring creativity, healing, or inner work and are now wondering what it would look like to take that deeper or share it with others.

You may recognize yourself in one of these paths:

You come for yourself

You’ve already felt how powerful this work can be.

And now you want to go deeper—without needing to turn it into anything.

You come to:

  • Reconnect with your inner voice

  • Move through grief, transition, or life changes

  • Rediscover joy, meaning, and creative expression

  • Understand your own experience more clearly

You come as a guide (or feel the pull toward becoming one)

Something in you is beginning to shift.

You’re sensing that your creativity—and your presence—could support others.

But you’re not yet sure how to do that in a way that feels clear, grounded, and responsible.

  • Expand your facilitation toolkit

  • Integrate expressive arts into your existing work

  • Develop confidence in holding emotional depth in group settings

  • Begin translating your intuitive gifts into a structured approach

Both paths are welcome here

Because before you can guide others,
you must first experience the work from within.

There is no pressure to choose.
Only space to explore what feels true for you.

Whether you come for yourself or to explore guiding others, you will leave with a clearer understanding of how this work is held—and what’s possible for you within it.

What Makes This Different

This is not:

  • art therapy.

  • a casual creative workshop.

  • And it's not a retreat.

The Creative Discovery Immersion offers you something new...

You will not only experience the transformational work — you will observe how it is held.

A meaningful portion of this Immersion is devoted to understanding how transformative creative group experiences are designed and facilitated — including structure, pacing, ethical boundaries, and the subtle art of holding depth without overstepping.

This work is not designed primarily for one-to-one work with clients. It is designed for facilitators, leaders, and space-holders who understand that group work requires its own skill set and ethical awareness.

It is designed for guiding meaningful group experiences.

By the end of these three days, you won’t just have experienced the work—you’ll understand how it’s structured and how to work with it intentionally.
