This is a hands-on, soul-deep immersion into the foundations of Creative Alchemy.
A place where creativity becomes a method.
Where story becomes structure.
Where transformation has a framework.
And where you begin to understand not just what we do —
but how it works.
Creativity is no longer just personal.
It becomes relational.
It becomes leadership.
It becomes service.
Many women reach a point where they realize:
Their lived experience holds medicine.
Their creative intuition holds structure.
Their presence holds impact.
But they lack:
A method.
A framework.
A way to guide others with clarity and creative freedom.
This immersion exists for that moment.
You already carry:
• Lived wisdom
• Emotional depth
• Creative intuition
• A longing for meaningful work
• A desire to gather women in something real
What you may not yet have is:
• A structured method
• A repeatable facilitation framework
• Language for the transformation you intuitively sense
• Confidence in guiding without fixing
• A bridge between your creativity and service
This 3-Day Creative Discovery Immersion gives you that bridge.
This is an experiential training in the foundations of the Creative Alchemy Method™ — our signature framework for personal and professional transformation through expressive arts.
The Creative Alchemy Method™ is grounded in a living framework we call the 8 Elements of Creative Alchemy — eight developmental capacities that support personal transformation and ethical facilitation.
During this Immersion, you won’t just learn about the Elements.
You will experience them in action.
These elements form the foundation of our Facilitator Training — and this three-day experience is your first embodied step inside that architecture.

This retreat, set in a beautiful home in the woods, was magical. Minette and Emma together bring a grace, and slowness that is hard to achieve in our fast paced world. I really enjoyed gathering together with all of the attendees for shared insight and soul work, and I loved taking the inspiration from the day and turning into elementally inspired prayer flags. To be able to show up to an art based retreat, and have to bring nothing, is amazing. The generosity of these two women, with their time, insight, materials, preparation and love made this such a magical time. We were cared for with amazing food, what felt like unlimited supplies and opportunities to create, and a space that was very inspiring. I would have liked another few days in this retreat!
The Wild and Sacred retreat was an absolute joy from start to finish! It was clear that every detail was so thoughtfully and lovingly planned. Minette and Emma made an incredible duo—their styles balanced each other perfectly, and their combined energy created something truly special. They were warm, inspiring, and deeply generous with their knowledge, making the creative energy in the room contagious. This experience was truly restorative for my soul and creativity. I left feeling deeply connected to an amazing group of women. And the location—unbeatable!
I am steeped in immense gratitude for the depth and richness of the experience. From the moment we began this 4 and 1/2 day retreat, we traveled in a liminal space of radical acceptance, profound insight, and heartfelt generosity. We were surrounded by the saturated colors of the sacred space created to contain and support our creative unfolding. Delicious food, the company of wise women, the natural environment we spent time in, the abundance of diverse materials and gentle, loving guidance were food for my Soul. The theme delighted and inspired me with well orchestrated and thoughtful stepping stones along the path end with the sacred sharing of our creations on our last morning together. Leslie and Minette are masterful Magicians who took me on an enchanted journey that I will forever cherish.
Thank you for creating such a safe and supportive space for us to explore and heal individually and together. Each of activities offered its own invitation to go deeper. I felt held equally in my forward steps and my mis-steps. Through this retreat I embraced old wounds and re-purposed the elements for a collage of a joy-filled future.
Some women attend for themselves.
They come to:
Reconnect with their inner voice
Process grief and transition
Rediscover joy
Others attend as professionals.
They come to:
Expand their facilitation toolkit
Integrate expressive arts into coaching or therapy
Build offerings rooted in the Creative Alchemy Method™.
Develop confidence and skills in holding emotional depth within a group setting
Both paths are honored here.
Because before you can guide others, you must first walk the path yourself.
This is not:
art therapy.
a paint-and-sip party.
a retreat.
a casual workshop.
The Creative Discovery Immersion offers you something new...
You will not only experience the transformational and alchemical magic —
you will observe how it is held.
A meaningful portion of this Immersion is devoted to understanding how transformative creative group experiences are designed and facilitated — including structure, pacing, ethical boundaries, and the subtle art of holding depth without overstepping.
This work is not designed primarily for one-to-one work with clients. It is designed for facilitators, leaders, and space-holders who understand that group work requires its own skill set and ethical awareness.
It is designed for guiding meaningful group experiences.
This immersive experience is designed as a living laboratory — a place where you engage the creative process both personally and professionally. Each day builds on the last, guiding you from inner reconnection toward meaningful expression and, for some, the possibility of guiding others.
We begin by slowing the pace and creating the conditions where authentic insight can emerge.
Through guided reflection and expressive arts practice, you will experience the foundational stages of the Creative Alchemy Method — learning how rest, reflection, and creative exploration work together to support clarity and self-trust.
As you create, you will begin to understand how story, image, and symbolic expression interact to reveal meaning that cannot be accessed through analysis alone.
Throughout the day, we will also begin to name and explore the underlying structure of this work — observing how intentional facilitation, pacing, and container design support emotional safety and depth in group settings.
This day establishes both the personal experience and the methodological foundation for the journey ahead.
On the second day, we move into the deeper layers of creative and symbolic exploration.
Through embodied exercises, visual expression, and reflective dialogue, you will experience how archetypal imagery and symbolic language can support insight, integration, and expanded perspective.
You will begin to see how curiosity, play, and reverence function as catalysts for transformation — not as abstract ideas, but as lived creative processes.
For those interested in facilitation, this day also illuminates how emotional depth is held responsibly within non-clinical expressive arts settings — including how insight can be supported without interpretation or advice-giving.
By the end of this day, many participants notice a shift from self-exploration toward a broader understanding of how this work functions in relational and group contexts.
The final day focuses on integration, vitality, and the natural evolution from personal discovery into contribution.
As creative expression deepens, participants often experience renewed energy, clarity, and a stronger sense of direction. This vitality becomes the foundation for exploring how personal transformation can extend into service — whether in family, community, or professional environments.
You will also begin to articulate your unique relationship to this work:
How it informs your life.
How it may shape your leadership.
How it could be offered to others.
For those feeling called to guide creative experiences, this is where the pathway toward Facilitator Training becomes visible — not as pressure, but as a natural next step emerging from lived experience.
The immersion concludes with a structured reflection process that helps anchor insights and clarify next directions.

Loveland is a creative little jewel at the edge of the Rockies — a place where art, nature, and community weave together in quiet but powerful ways. Known as the Sweetheart City, it’s home to hundreds of public sculptures, a vibrant downtown arts scene, and easy access to the wild beauty of Rocky Mountain National Park. It’s the kind of place where inspiration feels close at hand and meaningful conversations unfold naturally. I'm proud to call this city home.
We will provide a list of lodging and restaurant options
The 3-Day Creative Discovery Immersion is the prerequisite and entry point for the Creative Alchemy Method Facilitator Training.
You are not required to continue.
There is no pressure.
But if, during these three days, you feel:
“I want to guide women like this.”
You will be invited to step deeper.

Q. Do I need art experience or training?
A. No, you don't need any previous experience or need to know how to draw. This is about creative process, not fine art. You will practice a variety of expressive arts techniques using collage, watercolor and journaling that are simple, playful and transformative.
Q. Is this therapy?
A. No. It is educational, experiential training. Deeply reflective — but not clinical therapy or art therapy.
Q. Can I attend if I only want this for myself?
A. Absolutely. There will be no pressure to continue beyond the 3 day training and you will walk away from this immersion with a variety of ideas and techniques you can easily repeat at home on your own.
Q. Will I receive tools I can use professionally?
A. You will walk away with fresh ideas and if you choose to continue with the certification, you will be able to use the tools themselves.
Q. What if I’m retired and not looking to build a business?
A. Perfect. Calling as Service can take many forms — personal, communal, or professional. There is no pressure to monetize this work. Perhaps you volunteer with a local community group or want to gather a circle of girlfriends to do this work with.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Please make sure the dates of this event work for you. We are not able to offer any refunds once you have registered.
