The Gathering Time is part of the beloved Mythical Makeover series— online retreat-style workshops designed for women in the rich, evolving seasons of life.
In this two-day creative experience, you’ll step into a metaphorical orchard filled with forgotten dreams, untended gifts, and parts of yourself you may have put aside long ago.
Like fruit left too long on the branch, our gifts can wither if we don’t gather them when they’re ready. Autumn offers a once-a-year chance to pause, reflect, and harvest what is ripe within you.

🍎 The Orchard of Forgotten Gifts
Reclaim What’s Been Left on the Branches — We all set aside dreams, talents, and passions along the way. In this session, you’ll gather them back before they wither, reclaiming the soul-gifts that are ready to nourish you now.
Create Your Visual Orchard — Through guided expressive arts, you’ll design an orchard that reflects the richness of your life—branches heavy with wisdom, fruit ripening with possibility. A beautiful, tangible reminder that your gifts are still alive and waiting for you.
Meet The Gatherer Archetype — You’ll bring to life a paper doll of The Gatherer, your symbolic guide for this journey. She will remind you to keep gathering what matters most and not leave your gifts untended.
Awaken Your Creative Wisdom — As you draw, cut, and collage, you’ll begin to remember: your creativity has always been here. It’s time to bring it forward into this new season.

Gather What’s Ready to Carry Forward — From the orchard you created on Day 1, you’ll choose 5–10 gifts that feel most alive and supportive for your next chapter. These are the fruits that are ripe right now—the ones you don’t want to leave behind.
Create Your Harvest Basket — Using collage and mixed media, you’ll craft a symbolic basket filled with your chosen gifts. This is not just art—it’s a container of strength and wisdom you can hold onto when self-doubt or distraction creeps in.
Claim Your Soul’s Abundance — As you assemble your basket, you’ll see that your life is still full, still fruitful. The act of gathering is a declaration: I am not finished. My gifts are still growing.
Celebrate in Circle — Together with other wise, creative women, you’ll share your baskets and witness each other’s abundance. There is power in seeing your gifts reflected and celebrated by others.
👉 By the end of Day 2, you won’t just know your gifts—you’ll hold them in your hands, ready to guide your next season. Don’t wait until winter. This is your time to harvest.

What exactly is the Mythical Makeover Experience?
It’s a 2-day creative, soulful journey designed for women in midlife and beyond who are ready to reclaim their magic, beauty, and purpose. Through expressive arts, storytelling, and powerful reflection, you’ll discover the Goddess Within — not by changing who you are, but by remembering your wholeness. This is an expressive arts experience designed to guide you back to you! We all get a little lost from time to time. You just need to find the right path back to your beautiful, authentic self. This is not a step-by-step art class. The focus is on the process, not the product.
I’m feeling stuck, lost, or unsure about what’s next in my life. Will this help me?
Yes. This experience is especially for you. You’ll gently unravel old stories, reconnect to your voice, and leave with a renewed sense of who you are and what matters most. Many women describe this experience as “just what I didn’t know I needed.”
I’m not sure I have time for this right now...
We hear you. Women in midlife are often carrying so much. But here's the truth: when you carve out time for yourself, everything else flows with more ease. These two days aren’t a luxury—they're an investment in your joy, clarity, and energy. Your future self will thank you. You won't need to spend hours each day on the short assignments although you may want to! Plus there will be time during the experience to get your projects started.
Will I have to share personal things with the group?
Only if you want to. This is a supportive, shame-free space where your voice matters—but there’s no pressure. You’ll be encouraged to explore what feels right for you, in your own way, at your own pace. Minette is well known for her ability to create a beautiful, sacred and safe space for women to share and connect.
Is this therapy? A coaching workshop? An art class?
It’s a little bit of all three—and something more magical. Think of it as soul care meets creative play meets deep remembering. You’ll walk away with personal insight, artful keepsakes, and a few glittery surprises too.
You do not need to be an artist and may feel like: “I’m not very creative.”
This experience is about playful self-expression and soul connection, not perfection. Whether you haven’t picked up a paintbrush since third grade or you journal daily with glitter pens—you belong here. No artistic skill required, just an open heart and a curious spirit.
