Welcome back to Recipes for the Second Half of Life, a creative mixed media series for women 50 and beyond who want to use art and writing as tools for self-discovery, meaning, and creative renewal.
In this episode, we’re creating Inner Wisdom Stew, a recipe card inspired by the Creative Alchemy element of Deep Knowing.
The question at the heart of this card is: What do I already know beneath the noise?
So many of us have spent decades looking outside ourselves for answers — asking experts, reading books, gathering advice, and wondering what this next chapter should look like. But deep knowing asks us to slow down, listen within, and trust the wisdom that has been simmering inside us all along.
Like a good stew, inner wisdom takes time. It deepens slowly. It cannot be rushed. Through intuitive collage, simple images, and a little creative reflection, we can begin to notice the quiet yes, the quiet no, and the truth that keeps returning.
Recipe: Inner Wisdom Stew
Best for:
When I feel pulled in too many directions, overly influenced by other people’s opinions, or unsure whether I can trust myself.
Ingredients:
- One small card.
- A steady color.
- A symbol of wisdom.
- A few found words.
- One quiet truth.
- A pinch of courage.
- A generous spoonful of self-trust.
Method:
- Choose images that feel grounded, wise, or steady.
- Notice what calls to you before you overthink it.
- Write one thing you already know.
- Add one yes, one no, or one truth that keeps returning.
- Let the card remind you that your wisdom counts.
Reflection:
What do I already know beneath the noise?
Optional closing line:
My knowing does not have to shout.
This series is inspired by my 8 Keys of Creative Alchemy and the ways art, writing, and reflection help us reconnect with who we are becoming in the second half of life. I’d love to hear from you in the comments: What do you already know beneath the noise?

[00:00] : Hello my creative friends and welcome [00:03] : back to recipes for the second half of [00:06] : life. I am having so much fun with this [00:08] : series even though I'm being a little [00:10] : bit pokey about getting the individual [00:14] : videos out just due to life having been [00:18] : wonderfully full these days. And we're [00:23] : moving on today to recipe six in our [00:26] : series, which is about the creative [00:29] : alchemy element of deep knowing. And [00:33] : we're going to create an inner wisdom [00:35] : stew today. So, welcome to Queen of My [00:37] : Own Damn Story. I'm Dr. Manette Ryarden. [00:40] : If you are brand new here, we are all [00:42] : about showing women 50 and beyond how to [00:46] : use art as a really powerful process for [00:50] : creative self-discovery. So, not just [00:52] : for expressing our voice and [00:54] : reconnecting to our inner artists, but [00:58] : more importantly [01:00] : reconnecting to who we are at the core [01:03] : in our 50s, 60s, 70s, and into our 80s. [01:07] : Life is changing faster than the speed [01:10] : of light it feels like on many days. [01:13] : And we begin to question what feels [01:16] : important or useful. we begin to look in [01:20] : the mirror and say, "Who am I now?" And [01:23] : I find that this season of life requires [01:26] : us to get quiet, to listen more deeply, [01:30] : and to pay attention to how it is that [01:33] : we're feeling, how we're spending our [01:36] : time, our energy, and how do we tend to [01:42] : all the different aspects of our lives [01:45] : requiring our attention at this stage of [01:49] : life. And as someone who loves to be [01:52] : creative in the kitchen as well as in [01:55] : the studio, I thought it would be fun to [01:58] : share with you over this summer and [02:01] : apparently now into fall recipes for the [02:05] : second half of life. And the idea was [02:07] : inspired by this fun recipe box I found [02:12] : on Facebook Marketplace. [snorts] And I [02:15] : am making a series of mostly collaged [02:21] : recipe cards to go inside of the box. [02:26] : And really am enjoying the creative [02:28] : process. I'm also very much a verbal [02:31] : processor. So YouTube is such a great [02:34] : way for me to be able to process so many [02:37] : of my own ideas. So thank you for [02:39] : listening. If you love what I'm sharing, [02:41] : please click the like button below. [02:43] : Click subscribe to make sure you don't [02:45] : miss any more of these recipes [02:49] : or anything else that we have coming up [02:52] : here at Queen of My Own Damn Story. And [02:56] : today I want to really look at a [03:01] : question of what do I already know [03:03] : beneath the noise of my life as a [03:08] : business owner [03:10] : with a growing business. Two adult kids, [03:14] : aging parents, taking care of this [03:17] : vessel that is my body, getting [03:20] : exercise, wanting more creative time in [03:22] : the studio. there's a lot of noise and [03:26] : it can take some effort to get quiet and [03:29] : cooking is one of the ways that I do [03:31] : that and in part particular if you ask [03:33] : my husband or my kids I love a good soup [03:37] : or a good stew. I love things where I [03:41] : get the mindfulness of chopping and I [03:44] : get to simmer things on the stove or in [03:47] : the slow cooker for a really long time [03:50] : and it makes the house smell really [03:52] : good. But the process of preparation [03:55] : itself creates some space for that inner [03:59] : wisdom. [04:00] : So, so far in our journey, we've looked [04:04] : at our appetizer and invitation to [04:07] : begin. We looked at ambrosia, a recipe [04:10] : for joy. Stone soup, a recipe for deep [04:14] : connection. Most importantly, perhaps [04:17] : our permission to pause tea, which was a [04:19] : recipe for deep rest. And then we [04:22] : created a mirror cake which was a recipe [04:25] : all about deep reflection and really [04:28] : taking time to look at what are the [04:32] : ingredients that are going into this [04:34] : cake of self that we're building. And [04:36] : today we move into probably one of the [04:39] : most powerful keys in our eight elements [04:43] : of creative alchemy and that's this [04:45] : inner wisdom stew or what we call deep [04:49] : knowing. And it's that quiet wisdom [04:51] : inside. It's not loud. It doesn't arrive [04:55] : as certainty. [04:57] : Sometimes it might feel like a tug, a [04:59] : body sensation, a repeated thought that [05:02] : you can't let go of, a dream, an idea in [05:05] : the shower, or just an image or a [05:08] : phrase, or just that little inner like [05:12] : yes of I'm leaning in, or that inner oo, [05:15] : I'm leaning out. And how do we start to [05:18] : listen to all of that? And I think this [05:22] : idea of connecting to deep knowing [05:24] : matters so much in the second half of [05:26] : life because we have spent decades being [05:30] : taught to look outside of us for the [05:32] : answers. And the more that we can tune [05:34] : in and listen for our own answers [05:38] : within, then the happier we're going to [05:41] : be, the easier it's going to be to [05:42] : create meaningful and fulfilling lives. [05:46] : And you know, we've asked a lot of [05:48] : people. We've read all the books, you [05:49] : know, about what should I do, how should [05:52] : I live, what should my next chapter look [05:55] : like? And people can offer, including [05:58] : me, ideas, suggestions, great questions. [06:03] : And it's there's nothing wrong with [06:05] : gathering wisdom, but at the end of the [06:07] : day, all of that wisdom has to get [06:09] : filtered through our own intuitive [06:11] : knowing. We have to come back to [06:13] : ourselves and say, "What do I know? What [06:16] : is my own life telling me? What have I [06:19] : learned through everything I've lived? [06:22] : What truth keeps returning even though I [06:25] : may be ignoring it?" My husband and I [06:27] : were talking about this this morning [06:29] : related to [06:32] : food and diet and health and vitality, [06:34] : things that are important to us and how [06:37] : easy it is to go for the comfort and the [06:40] : taste, but not always for the thing that [06:43] : truly nourishes, nourishes us, [06:47] : nourishes us the most. So deep knowing [06:51] : is not about having all the answers. [06:53] : It's about learning to trust the wisdom [06:55] : that's already there. [06:58] : And one of the thoughts that I want you [07:01] : to hold on to as we dive into creative [07:03] : today is your knowing does not have to [07:07] : shout to be true. And often it doesn't [07:09] : shout. It can feel powerful, but it can [07:11] : also feel tender and soft. We may know [07:15] : that something no longer fits, like that [07:17] : pair of jeans that's too tight or too [07:20] : loose. And we may not know what comes [07:22] : next because what we really need is more [07:26] : rest, more reflection, more honesty, [07:30] : more play, which is coming next in our [07:32] : series. More space, more courage, [07:36] : and just more [07:38] : opportunities for listening within. [07:42] : Listening within. And I find that art [07:45] : can be such a powerful way for us to [07:49] : listen within instead of listening to [07:52] : all the external chatter that is [07:54] : happening out there. And the reason I [07:57] : love the idea of having an inner wisdom [08:00] : stew is because stew is slow. It [08:03] : simmers. The flavors deepen over time. [08:06] : You can't rush it. You can't force it. [08:09] : And I don't care what anyone says about, [08:11] : you know, uh, pressure cookers or the [08:13] : the the popular Instant Pot. You don't [08:16] : get the depth of flavor that you get [08:19] : from a long, slow simmer. And it's part [08:22] : of this culture of hurry up, do the next [08:27] : thing. You know the answer, just choose, [08:29] : move, go, go, go, go, go. And we get [08:32] : time anxiety from having this pressure [08:36] : to always be on the move when what we [08:39] : really need most is more time to pause [08:42] : and sit still. [08:44] : So, let's go ahead and dive into some [08:47] : creative. Enough of listening to me [08:51] : chatter at you. So, I did go ahead and [08:56] : uh type the name of my recipe. Let me [08:59] : get my keyboard out of the way here on [09:02] : my old manual typewriter. It says inner [09:06] : wisdom stew. So, I'll set that aside. [09:11] : And I have a piece of just leftover [09:14] : watercolor paper, manila file folder, [09:17] : card stock. It really doesn't matter [09:19] : what it is that you're creating on top [09:22] : of. Any kind of paper will work. a [09:26] : simple recipe card if you have some old [09:28] : recipe cards sitting around or and um [09:31] : index cards work great for this as well. [09:36] : And I'm going to get one of my [09:39] : other cards out. So, this one I did on a [09:43] : recycled manila folder. And I want the [09:47] : bottom fold to be a little bit smaller [09:52] : than that top fold so that I have this [09:55] : nice little [09:57] : lip on my card for [10:04] : uh for putting the the I can't measure [10:07] : and talk at the same time apparently for [10:09] : being able to put my the name of my [10:13] : recipe right here on the card. [10:18] : And then [10:20] : I'm going to watercolor paper is [10:24] : sometimes a little bit trickier to fold [10:32] : just because it's a little bit thicker. [10:35] : Take my bone folder. If you don't have a [10:37] : bone folder and you're using thick [10:39] : paper, um, an old gift card or a handle [10:43] : of a pair of scissors works great. And I [10:46] : decided to do these folded formats of [10:50] : cards because just a simple index card I [10:54] : felt like did not give me enough space [10:57] : for creative. And I realized for my [11:00] : inner stew, I forgot to print out my [11:04] : recipe for the back of the card. So, I [11:07] : will add that a little bit later. You [11:09] : can always find the words for the [11:13] : recipes if you want to print them out. [11:15] : They are in the description of the [11:17] : videos. Sometimes you have to click the [11:19] : more button to expand the description so [11:22] : you see it all and then just cut and ba [11:25] : paste it into a Google doc, a word uh [11:29] : doc or a note on your computer or your [11:32] : phone so that you can print it out or of [11:36] : course the words are there and you could [11:38] : add them in your own handwriting. I have [11:41] : a lovely old recipe book with recipe [11:45] : cards that my sister-in-law created for [11:47] : me one holiday. And one of the things [11:50] : that I love most about it is that it she [11:53] : actually got my grandmother to write a [11:55] : card when my grandmother was still alive [11:57] : and my favorite aunt, right? So there's [12:00] : I think my stepdad's handwriting is in [12:02] : there. So there's some something to be [12:05] : said about the handwriting itself that [12:08] : feels also really really lovely. So [12:12] : whether you write these by hand or print [12:16] : them out, any way you go about it is [12:19] : fine. [12:21] : And I'm looking at this and it's a [12:23] : little bit crooked, but I am not a [12:25] : perfectionist by any means. So, I had [12:28] : some fun doing two things to create my [12:32] : collage images. So, a lot of them I do [12:35] : really intuitively [12:38] : and um use magazines, but this time I [12:42] : really wanted images that represented [12:44] : the stew. That felt super important. So, [12:47] : these first two pages I just played in [12:50] : Canva and looked for elements in Canva. [12:54] : They also have integrated AI and I just [12:58] : asked it to design some collage pages [13:00] : for me to get those little bit more [13:03] : specific elements. And then on Etsy, I [13:07] : found a treasure trove of printable junk [13:12] : journal ephemera. In the description of [13:17] : the video, I will link to this uh lovely [13:20] : person's Etsy store where I found all of [13:25] : these images. So, some really really [13:28] : lovely illustrations of different [13:31] : elements. And I particularly [13:34] : loved this kitchen with the plants and [13:36] : the kitchen table. So, I thought I would [13:38] : start with this on the front of my card [13:42] : and then add all those elements inside [13:46] : the card. [13:48] : So, when we think about doing this kind [13:52] : of intuitive collage, if you're a little [13:54] : bit newer to this process, [13:57] : excuse me, uh sometimes we can get kind [14:01] : of overwhelmed about where to start. And [14:04] : sometimes if I do a little journaling on [14:08] : an idea or a question first, then I find [14:12] : it easier to go to the visual. Sometimes [14:15] : we just need one image to get us [14:18] : started. And that image allows us to [14:22] : begin to tell that story, right? So [14:26] : don't overthink it. [14:29] : And intuitive collage is about letting [14:33] : go of perfectionism. [14:35] : And it's about letting the images really [14:39] : tell a story. Letting the images really [14:42] : tell a story. It's not you telling the [14:45] : story, but images unconsciously really [14:49] : help us to reconnect to that wisdom [14:53] : stew, that inner knowing. [14:56] : It lives within us, but it gets buried. [14:59] : we forget, right? All kinds of life [15:02] : things happen. And I want to encourage [15:05] : you to not try so hard to let it be [15:10] : playful. I want to encourage you Oops, [15:15] : lost the edge of the zucchini there. to [15:17] : just start. [15:22] : You don't need to know what the story is [15:25] : ahead of time. You don't need to know [15:28] : what the [15:31] : meaning of the images is upfront. [15:35] : So, in my creative discovery process [15:39] : that I teach inside of all of my [15:42] : programs and I will be teaching others [15:45] : to use in my [15:48] : creative alchemy [15:50] : certification that is launching this [15:52] : fall that I'm so excited about and I [15:55] : will tell you about at the end of this [15:56] : video. [15:59] : It's starting to fill up and I only have [16:01] : room for a handful of people remaining. [16:04] : This is the the first one. So, don't [16:07] : want the group to be too big for this [16:10] : first one. But the creative discovery [16:13] : cycle really invites us to [16:16] : have a prompt. And our prompt today is [16:19] : inner wisdom stew. And that question of [16:23] : what do I already know beneath the [16:25] : noise? Well, I know that stew tastes [16:27] : better when I let it simmer than when I [16:32] : try to rush it, right? But we can [16:38] : It's going to be a little bit too tall. [16:42] : So, we're just going to cut the legs of [16:44] : the table off here. [16:47] : And I will often go back to my box. [16:55] : Still a little tall, but I love it. So, [16:57] : I am going to leave it as is, [17:02] : but I'm going to cut the top of that [17:04] : light off because otherwise it's going [17:06] : to get all bent up in my recipe box. [17:12] : So the most important part of any [17:14] : creative practice, especially an [17:15] : intuitive creative practice or using [17:18] : expressive arts for self-discovery, [17:21] : is to get the images down on paper [17:24] : first. Then take time to look at the [17:27] : images, see what the story is, the [17:29] : images are telling you, and then to do [17:32] : some [17:33] : follow-up journaling and integration. [17:36] : And I think it's the part that most [17:39] : people who teach expressive [17:41] : arts, everybody likes the art making [17:44] : part, but the growth and the [17:46] : self-discovery come actually from the [17:48] : integration and reflection that happens [17:51] : at the end when we sit with what we've [17:55] : created [17:57] : and have a conversation with it. [18:01] : There we go. I got it to fit on there. [18:06] : Like I'm looking at this image of the [18:08] : kitchen and why did I choose this image? [18:10] : Like what's the story here? So, one of [18:13] : the things for me personally [18:16] : that's [snorts] very important for me [18:18] : and is a core value is making people [18:20] : feel welcome. I love having people come [18:24] : to sit around my kitchen table, my [18:27] : studio table. I love all the plants and [18:31] : the flowers and the freshpicked fruits [18:34] : or vegetables here. This kitchen feels [18:38] : so alive, right? It feels so connected [18:42] : with the natural world. It's also clean [18:45] : and bright and full of light. So, [18:47] : there's a whole story about the life [18:50] : that happens in a kitchen like this one [18:53] : that's very appealing. I start many of [18:57] : my mornings either at my studio table, [19:00] : but often at my kitchen table with a cup [19:03] : of coffee and a book in my journal. Uh [19:06] : it's a favorite way to to start the day. [19:08] : So, think about [19:11] : this inner wisdom stew. If you had to [19:14] : create a landscape [19:16] : for where you wanted to make your inner [19:19] : wisdom stew, what might that look like? [19:22] : It might be a pot beside a riverbed [19:27] : making mud pies like we did when we were [19:30] : kids and having our hands in the dirt [19:34] : would be a fun way to create that inner [19:38] : wisdom stew. Right. So on the inside, I [19:42] : want to add all of these elements [19:49] : of stew. [19:52] : I didn't tell uh Canva what kind of stew [19:57] : I wanted to create. [20:04] : I love beef stew, chicken stew. I love a [20:08] : good [20:09] : vegetarian [20:11] : stew. [20:18] : In fact, I am roasting a chicken today [20:23] : and will use up those bones afterwards [20:27] : to [20:30] : make a yummy pot of homemade chicken [20:33] : soup. [20:34] : >> [snorts] [20:34] : >> It's finally starting to cool off a [20:37] : little bit in the mornings and feel like [20:40] : fall. And fall for me is definitely [20:44] : soup and stew weather. [20:51] : And you notice that I'm not being super [20:54] : precise. I'm leaving a little bit of [20:57] : white space around my images. [21:03] : If you love to fussy cut, [21:06] : which simply means to get up and get all [21:10] : that little bits of white off the edges [21:13] : so all you see are the images or the [21:16] : images themselves. Take your time to do [21:20] : that fussy cutting. I do love to fussy [21:23] : cut, but uh we'd be here for years if I [21:28] : took too much time to fussy cut all [21:32] : these images. [21:37] : I love using wooden [21:41] : spoons in my kitchen. I have a beautiful [21:45] : old crockeri pitcher that came from my [21:51] : wonderful stepfather's [21:54] : family. He grew up on a farm in Kansas. [21:59] : So, I have a gorgeous old croc that I [22:01] : think was his grandmother's. And on [22:04] : Etsy, there were some beautiful like [22:07] : 1950s fun kitchen elements, very vintage [22:12] : crockery style things, right? So, I kind [22:15] : of love Oops. Let's cut the [22:19] : different stages of the stew here. [22:25] : And when we think about a recipe, [22:27] : there's different stages of the recipe. [22:31] : And the same is true with connecting [22:34] : with our inner wisdom. We don't [22:39] : come out with that bowl of stew fully [22:42] : prepared like in that picture. [22:46] : Rather it comes in different stages, [22:50] : right? It has to simmer and steep. We [22:54] : have to add all the different [22:57] : ingredients to the stew. We got to take [23:02] : the time to [23:05] : chop those ingredients. [23:09] : Love onions. [23:13] : I love zucchini. I pretty much there's [23:16] : not too many foods and veggies. Then we [23:18] : get to Oh, I'm going to sneeze. Excuse [23:20] : me. [23:26] : Sorry about that. [snorts] Went for a [23:28] : nice walk outside this morning. I tend [23:31] : to pick up always rocks and sticks and [23:36] : moss and all kinds of fun things that [23:38] : are recipes for creative [23:42] : projects, right? And um so thinking [23:45] : about all these different ingredients [23:49] : for my stew, it feels like a little bit [23:51] : of chaos. Well, when we first start [23:54] : connecting to our inner wisdom, that is [23:57] : how it feels, right? We get into that uh [24:01] : sense of our monkey mind [24:04] : and that maybe excuse me feeling of [24:08] : overwhelm [24:11] : from all of the thoughts and all of the [24:13] : ideas [24:16] : from the different reflections. And so [24:18] : when we think about connecting to our [24:21] : inner wisdom and our truth and our [24:23] : answers, [24:24] : we may get a little bit overwhelmed [24:28] : because there is so much going on. But [24:31] : what I can promise you is the more you [24:34] : start to listen, [24:37] : then the clearer it gets and it tends to [24:42] : quiet down and then there's not so much [24:46] : noise and clutter all at once because we [24:52] : can finally [24:54] : get some of that. We have idea clutter [24:57] : just like we have physical clutter in [25:01] : our homes, right? And so idea clutter [25:05] : happens when we try to hold it all in [25:07] : our heads. So for me, [25:11] : meditation is not always the best way to [25:15] : hear my own inner thoughts. It's a way [25:17] : for me definitely to get quiet and to [25:23] : soften [snorts] [25:24] : to relax my body. But I often will keep [25:28] : my journal nearby [25:33] : so that as those thoughts arrive, I [25:36] : pause and capture the thoughts, right? [25:39] : Because those thoughts are important. I [25:41] : want that flame right under that pot [25:44] : there. [25:46] : We're going to put those herbs down [25:48] : here. So, we have the ingredients, we [25:51] : have the simmering, we have the the stew [25:57] : steaming perhaps when we're sautéing. [25:59] : And eventually, we come out of the [26:02] : journey with this nice bowl of soup. But [26:06] : we can't get there unless we take that [26:09] : time to really pause and reflect, right? [26:14] : So, our recipe for inner wisdom is best [26:18] : when you feel pulled in too many [26:20] : directions, overly influenced by other [26:23] : people's opinions, or unsure whether you [26:27] : can trust yourself, right? Whether you [26:30] : can trust yourself. And our question for [26:33] : today is, what do I already know beneath [26:37] : the noise? What do I already know [26:39] : beneath the noise? [26:43] : And to remember that knowledge doesn't [26:45] : shout. [26:47] : It doesn't hurry. [26:53] : It takes its own sweet time. [27:06] : So, I probably wanted my notes that were [27:08] : on the back of the page, but you know, [27:10] : that's okay. [27:12] : I need my inner wisdom stew here. [27:23] : Oh, I forgot my ladle. Got to scoop up [27:26] : all of that wisdom. The label ladle [27:28] : feels really important. So, this is one [27:31] : of those, right, moments in time where [27:34] : we're just listening. And I always like [27:37] : to pause when I've created, you know, a [27:39] : fun page like this with a lot of [27:42] : different elements and simply look and [27:45] : say, ask myself, is there anything [27:49] : missing here? I don't use a lot of words [27:52] : in my intuitive collage. Words tend to [27:56] : be labels and limiters, [27:59] : [snorts] and I want the images to tell [28:01] : this story. And so I think that I want [28:04] : to feel like my kitchen is this open, [28:07] : bright, welcoming space. [28:11] : I want to use fresh, bright, clean [28:15] : ingredients, lots of fresh flavors [28:19] : to create that stew. And I know that the [28:23] : stew [28:25] : needs to simmer that it needs to take [28:28] : its own sweet time before I am going to [28:32] : get to that place where I have that [28:36] : clarity and that deep knowing that I'm [28:39] : seeking. [28:44] : All right. So, we're going to cut this [28:46] : apart some. [28:51] : I don't know that I want all of those [28:53] : words. [29:02] : And often I like to create the on the [29:05] : the back of the card also. And um I [29:09] : think because I chose that bright white [29:13] : kitchen and that trying to keep things [29:17] : clean and fresh and uncluttered that [29:20] : this uh is a very simple card for me. I [29:25] : may need to glue those a couple of [29:27] : times. Right. That keeping this all [29:30] : really like there's some spaciousness in [29:33] : here. I don't need every inch of this [29:35] : covered. When every inch of it covered, [29:38] : I can no longer hear myself think. [29:42] : Right? And so [29:46] : remembering to give yourself the time [29:49] : and the space that you need [29:54] : to connect to your own deep knowing and [29:59] : to create your personal inner wisdom [30:04] : stew [30:05] : and I've mentioned a few times in these [30:08] : videos and when I actually finally have [30:11] : a sales page and information to share [30:13] : that this fall we are launching I've [30:18] : been wanting to do this for I will not [30:21] : even tell you how many years uh this is [30:24] : not my first certification I've created [30:26] : I created another one with a a business [30:28] : partner many years ago but we are [30:30] : launching the creative alchemy [30:32] : certification [30:34] : and it is different from other creative [30:37] : certifications because it's designed for [30:39] : people who want to create expressive [30:43] : arts experiences [30:45] : and they want to know how to one create [30:48] : them but two how to lead design lead and [30:52] : facilitate creative experiences for [30:54] : other people. So if you are looking for [30:59] : what's next in your life at this stage [31:02] : or if you are looking for [31:08] : a way to add to your own skills and [31:14] : design creative experiences for yourself [31:16] : as well. I'd invite you to check it out. [31:20] : Again, you'll see that link in the [31:21] : description to the creative alchemy [31:24] : certification program. [31:27] : I'm going to go back over here. So, I am [31:30] : delighted by this little recipe for [31:34] : inner wisdom and really sitting with [31:37] : this idea of what do I already know [31:40] : beneath the noise? What do I already [31:42] : know beneath the noise? And remembering [31:45] : that when we feel pulled in too many [31:48] : directions or overly influenced by [31:51] : others opinions, then it's such a clear [31:54] : sign that it's time to slow down, to go [31:58] : to your personal happy place for [32:02] : connecting to yourself. Take out your [32:04] : journal, a few supplies, [32:07] : even if it's just markers and crayons, [32:09] : and do some writing and doodling. that [32:12] : really allows you to connect more deeply [32:15] : with your inner wisdom. And deep knowing [32:18] : is one of the elements of creative [32:21] : alchemy that I will be teaching inside [32:25] : the creative alchemy certification. It's [32:28] : um one that is so powerful for us to [32:33] : experience for ourselves and then be [32:35] : able to create beautiful spaces to bring [32:38] : a group together where we can deepen [32:41] : that inner knowing and create that [32:44] : magical inner wisdom stew together. So [32:47] : if you're curious about that, you can [32:49] : check it out in the description below.
